GGG Partners with Trenton Renewables to reduce food waste Food waste can be transformed into energy.… It’s not just a futuristic dream; that’s precisely what Atalanta Corporation, a division of Gellert Global Group, will now be doing in their new partnership with Trenton Renewables, a local anaerobic biodigester.
Founded in 2019 to reduce waste, Trenton Renewables operates a state-of-the-art anaerobic biodigester system and high-efficiency co-generation power plant. The combination turns food waste into energy for the local power grid.
Our commitment to the environment is reflected in our actions towards a more sustainable future, including going paperless where possible, being more energy efficient, encouraging recycling, and partnering with sustainable companies.
Our efforts include supplier and product sourcing, office and community, food waste, recycling and landfill waste, and energy and water usage.
